Causeway Seafood Restaurant- Banawe

Causeway in Banawe has always been our go-to place for a late night family dinner every Sunday. Not only because they serve great food, but also because they have this P45 dimsum promo from 9pm til 12 midnight.

We arrived earlier than the usual time last Sunday so we ordered some from the A la Carte menu first.

We got their 2 Kinds of Eggs w/ Polunchay which I believe is still the best among all that I've tried.

I love it mainly because the sauce it much thicker and yummier with lots on scrambled egg on it compared to others I've tried recently.

Yang Chow Fried Rice

Fresh Scallop w/ Broccoli

Causeway Seafood Hot Pot
A hot pot full of assorted seafood like shrimp, squid, fish, sea cucumber, fish lip and some vegetables.
Steamed Fish

Fried Taro Duck- love the taro but the duck was a bit overcooked making it dry and juiceless.

Fried Spareribs w/ Salt and Pepper- this was so addicting! Best when dipped into the vinegar.

After an hour of waiting and eating at the same time for the sound of the bell, *ting!

Finally..It's dimsum time!

With all the A la carte orders that we had, I can't believe that we still managed to consume 16 orders of dimsum.

Fish Head- Everybody's favorite!

Beancurd Roll

Shark's Fin Dumpling

Chicken Feet

How I wish Banawe is just walking distance from our house. Causeway is definietly the go-to place for late night dimsum cravings :)
