After the success of Mercato Centrale's recently launched Mezza Norte in Trinoma, Levante in Eastwood and Cocina Centrale in Pampanga, they now bring us Fiesta Bahia in SM Mall of Asia.
Last Friday, D and I went to Fiesta Bahia's launch to check what it has to offer.
Here are some photos of the the different food vendors you can expect from Fiesta Bahia:
Piper's Pan Cakes (3 for P100)- Super affordable and pretty good! :)
Kakanin/Native Delicacies- feast on local rice cakes such as biko, bibingka, puto, kutchinta etc..
Breads and Cake Rolls by Pantoja
Chips, Local Snacks and Crackers- the cheese rings were tempting!
Kebabs, Barbecue and Grilled items
Chef Bab's variety of Sizzling Sisig
B. Wings- Home of the Black Mamba
Dishes from Edgy's Foodtrip- their baby back ribs looks good!
ManilaQ and Mochiko- Try some Bagwang and mochi ice creams! :)
Mio Gelati- not so sweet which is a plus for me :)
Get your burger or shawarma fix from Shawarma Fusion and Cheat Day
Indulge with General's Lechon
After checking out all the concessionaires, we found our "final destination".. Domz Food House.
The Original Bagnet Rice Patong from Ilocos! They cook your orders on the spot while chanting "Yum! Yum! Yum!"
I was surprised when D decided to indulge that night and order their Bagnet Rice Patong w/ Egg (P85)
It was like a normal sisig but cuts were bigger. I don't know how D managed to finish it up considering he's not a fan of sisig. Actually it was pretty good and tasty especially with some scrambled egg. They mixed it up with some mayonnaise to make the dish more savory and rich. Cholesterol overload :)
Good thing Mercato Centrale decided to put up Fiesta Bahia in Mall of Asia and cater to a wider market. I just hope that more concessionaires would join Fiesta Bahia soon so that there will be a lot more options to choose from.
