UP Town Center is the newest food mecca in the Metro featuring a two-storey hub of restaurants and new dining spots.
We were curious to know the restaurant selections in the area, so we decided to pay a visit and check it out ourselves.
1. Casa Verde
Welcome to Manila Casa Verde! Cebu's most popular American-style comfort food destination finally lands in Manila! It is probably the most visited restaurant in UP Town Center as diners flock the place for the famous Brian's Ribs. Another must-try is their gigantic Milky Way- Definitely the biggest milkshake in town!

2. Liberty New York Steakhouse
A casual-looking steakhouse with menu consisting of fusion and classic American fares. Enjoy classic dishes like buffalo wings, salads, burgers and steaks, or go fusion with Shawarama Nachos, Falafel Salad, Korean Beef Tacos, Marsala Roast Chicken and Chinatown Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry.
3. Pinac- Heirloom Capampangan Cuisine
Feast on Filipino dishes from the Culinary Capital of the Philippines. Pinac offers heirloom recipes that will surely satisfy the scrupulous taste buds of foodies.

Home of the famous Mango Torte. Dulcelin finally decided to open up their restaurant. Now, they are more than just desserts with sumptuous gourmet dishes worth trying out as well.
Burger Bar's little brother. Feast on mouth-watering burgers with 8 premium cuts to choose from. Be the boss and create your own burger blend, or go for the tried and tested classics and tributes burgers.
The Singaporean restaurant famous for its Signature Boiled Chicken, Coffee Pork Ribs and Cereal Prawns.
7. Salu Salo- The Filipino Feast
Salu-Salo is another restaurant that specializes in classic Filipino dishes and Kapampangan cuisine. Enjoy all-time Filipino favorites such as Kare-Kare, Adobo, Tidtad (Dinuguan) at Puto, Sinigang and more!
Craving for something light and healthy? Have yourself a bowl of Pho with freshly baked Vietnamese Baguettes and some fresh spring rolls from Ba Nois.
Go Greek at Kos Greek Ouzeri and enjoy a Mediterranean meal of gyros, tzatziki, saganaki and souvlaki. Did I mention that they serve complimentary and unlimited bread selections? :)
10. Red Onion
Speaking of unlimited, Red Onion features an all-you-can-eat hand shaved noodles for only P228! They take pride in serving classic Taiwanase dishes such as their 39 Spices Beef Noodles, Crispy and Handmade dumplings. Oh, and they serve Shi Lin's famous Night Market Pork Chop!
11. Ginza Bairin
The katsu craze is still on with Ginza Bairin setting up its 2nd branch at the UP Town Center. Can't wait to try the Unagi Katsu from the #1 Katsudon place in Japan.
12. IHOP Restaurant
After all the hype they got from their first branch, IHOP continues to serve Classic American Breakfast for the Filipinos. Pancakes, Waffles, French Toasts and Omelettes, you name it, they got it!

A business venture of singer-songwriter Mr. Ogie Alcasid, Ryu Ramen & Curry joins the still booming ramen craze in the Metro. They also have branches in Tomas Morato and SM Jazz Makati.
19. Highlands Coffee
From Vietnam to the Philippines, Highlands Coffee brings their signature coffee blends in the country. Experience a taste of Vietnam in every cup.
The doughnut shop with the never ending line of customers. There's no off-peak hours on their vocabulary, as patrons patiently and willingly wait for their freshly baked doughnuts.

After the success of Japanese katsu here in the Philippines, Tonkyo Tonteki brings another dish famous in Japan- Tonteki (Pork Steak). Will a Tonteki Craze be next?

Stock up on Japanese goodies from Family Mart and give in to the temptation of having that soft serve sundae twirl.

An upscale dampa destination that specializes in what else but shrimp and other seafood favorites!
24. Cafe Shibuya
A place that specializes in toasts. And it's not just any ordinary toast. Cafe Shibuya takes pride in their high toast that's crunchy on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside. That's 25 new foodie destinations in the burgeoning UP Town Center along Katipunan. I can't wait to dine in all restaurants I've listed here. It's just the perfect hangout place for students, families and foodies out there. Did I mention that parking is at a flat rate of P20? Hope they won't increase it anytime soon. :)
