Have A Merry Cremas with Alaska Crema- Eastwood Food Bazaar

Last month, we went to Eastwood Mall for Alaska's Merry Cremas Food Bazaar wherein concessionaires showcased their food products using Alasaka Crema.

We were invited to sample all products from the participating merchants and got the chance to judge on who among them has the most creative and innovative dish using Alaska Crema.

Here are my top picks in no particular order:

Hey Gourmet!

Famous for their gourmet ensaymadas, they gave away samples of two of their best-sellers- Tiramisu and Salted Caramel. I just love their soft, fluffy and not too sweet flavored ensaymadas. Definitely a great giveaway for Christmas! 

Hey Gourmet also showcased their Rock Salt & Cheese Brownies using Alaska Crema. It was rich, dense and fudgy with a salty cheese layer on top. 

Baked Bites

Actress Bettinna Carlos of Baked Bites is the brain behind Nutella Rocks which I was able to try at the Ultimate Taste Test before.

But this time, it was her Dulce De Leche Pecan Cheesecake that got me hooked! Creamy and rich cheesecake with graham crust generously slathered with gooey caramel sauce- Heaven in every bite! 

Joanie's Cupcakes

These Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes called Caroco Cuppies may look simple and ordinary, but trust me it was simply delicious! The cupcake was soft and moist with a sweet and chocolatey ganache frosting. Yummy!!

Malagos Chocolate 

One of my top picks during the previous Ultimate Taste Test, Malagos Chocolate is 100% Pinoy. The Malagos 65% Dark Chocolate Fondue and Hot Chocolate is made creamier of course by Alaska Crema.

Party Time Pilipinas

Of all savory dishes offered, we liked Party Time Pilipinas the most. They gave away generous servings of their Bacon Carbonara and Fish Fillet w/ tartar sauce using Alaska Crema, plus a bonus dish of their sweet and savory Honey BBQ Ribs.

The Serving Spoon Manila

I totally love the chilled Toblerone Bread Pudding by The Serving Spoons Manila! Such an indulgent dessert! It was interesting to know that their 5P's Burger is also made with Alaska Crema.

Sweet Success

Sweet Success showcased their Chocolate Caramel Crumble made with Alaska Crema but it was their Chocolate Meringue Bars that won us over. I'm a fan of meringue and it was just the perfect cherry on top of the moist and chewy bars.

Congratulations to Hey Gourmet!, Malagos Chocolate and Joanie's Cupcakes for winning the best noche buena goodies that day.

Alaska Crema surely made these holiday food creations better, creamier and tastier!
