Maginhawa Eats: The Snack Shack Fresh Grilled Burgers- Sikatuna

The Snack Shack- home of the famous fresh grilled burgers located at V. Luna Ext.,Sikatuna Village near Maginhawa. Their menu is pretty simple and straightforward..Cheeseburgers or Sausages. Grab a seat in one of the few high chairs facing a brick wall while enjoying your cheeseburger, or have it like everybody else- To Go. It seems most of their loyal customers like to just grab and go. In fact, a lot of them order/call in advance and just pick-up their orders when they're ready.

Of course, we went for their best-selling Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese (P70). Can't get enough? Go for their Half Pounder w/ Double Cheese (P135).. double the patty, double the cheese, double to fun!

For P70, Snack Shack's quarter pounder is the perfect example of a no-frills burger that's inexpensive and tasty! It's not heavy on the pocket like those gourmet burgers out there, but at the same time, it's not too cheap like those buy 1 take 1 burgers that get people thinking "What's in there?" "How do they manage to keep prices so low?". Don't get me wrong, I've had my fair share of those buy 1 take 1 burgers, and honestly, they aren't so bad. It's just that you don't really get to taste much of the beef on the patties and I don't even want to know how much extenders they put in there.

Snack Shack offers hand-made burgers made with 100% beef. There's a 15-20 minutes waiting time to ensure that you are getting your burgers fresh and hot off the grill.

Snack Shack is the perfect place for some affordable and mouthwatering burgers. With its price and quality, I wouldn't mind the long wait and drive for this! Will remember to call in advance next time. :)

  3. I've been busy these past few months with both work and travel and I miss blog hopping! Thank God for the long weekend. I don't know if you remember but I always say that I go to your blog to discover food places in the north since I live in the south :)

Anyway, P70 for a burger with 100% beef is not bad ha! Will add this to the list in case we do end up in the area.
