During our recent weekend staycation at F1 Hotel Manila, we had our lunch at F1's all-day-dining buffet/ala carte restaurant F. We were there to sample F's Christmas Buffet featuring some of the holiday dishes that Sous Chef Pierre Tan and his team prepared. The spread may not be as extensive as other hotel buffets, but expect to see a few mouthwatering appetizers, main course, and desserts.
Appetizers/Soup/Starters
One station is dedicated for appetizers and starters. They have a wide selection of healthy and delicious salads such as Corn Salad, Thai Beef Salad, Red Cabbage Coleslaw, Potato Beet Salad, Grilled Squid Salad and Seafood Vietnamese Salad.
You can also make your own salad creation and choose from various dressings and toppings.

Main Course
The buffet choices showcase classic local dishes perfect for the Yuletide season. I may not be much into Filipino cuisine, but I still tried it and found everything delicious.
My top 2 favorites were the Vegetable Lasagna and Chili Crabs. Both were sinfully good and worth all the calories I gained over the weekend.
Guests will surely enjoy the big fat Roasted Turkey at the carving station to complete their holiday feast.

Desserts
Desserts are aplenty in F that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth. Choose from different kinds of delectable mini cakes and sweets, fresh fruits, or even create your own halo-halo.
Another dessert highlight is the churros station best paired with their hot and rich chocolate batirol.
