Kumori Japanese Bakery in Japan Now Baking in SM and Landmark Makati

Kumori Japanese Bakery is finally here in the Philippines! I got to sample some of their soft and fluffy breads and pastries a couple weeks back, and I totally enjoyed each one. But what really left an impression on me was Kumori's Signature Hanjuku Cheesecake.  

Signature Hanjuku Cheesecake (P48/pc. P240/box)

A half-baked cheese masterpiece original of Kumori made from premium cream cheese. Velvety, creamy and light, it's great for melt-in-your-mouth moments. 

Words cannot express how much I love Kumori's Hanjuku Cheesecake. It's my kind of cheesecake- soft and creamy, not too dense, but packed with cheesy goodness! A must-try!! I personally prefer the original hanjuku cheesecake, but chocolate lovers definitely won't be disappointed with the chocolate variant.

Croissant (P55) and Salmon Bonito (P65)

The classic soft and flaky croissant is enriched with pure premium European butter, perfect to go along with your favorite cup of coffee. The salmon bonito consists of 2 pcs. soft buns filled with savory salmon, glazed with teriyaki sauce and topped with bonito flakes, for a more savory treat.

Soft Matcha Bun (P48) and Fuwa-Fuwa Cream Bun (P58)

“Kumo” means cloud in Japanese and these cream buns from Kumori fits its name perfectly. "Bite into the Clouds" as the images of clouds make you think “soft & fluffy" just like these two fluffy treats.
