We all love our pizza in tomato sauce, but some people can't take much servings of the lycopene-rich fruit due to acidity problems. So, I've come up with this Singaporean-inspired pizza recipe that highlights one of their national dish- the Hainanese Chicken.

Purefoods Sexy Chicken Hainanese Pizza

Yield: 3 small pizza
Prep Time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 can Sexy Chix Hainanese Style
• 1 pack of 3s pizza crust, small
• 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
• 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp. scallions, finely chopped 
• 2 tbsp. grated ginger
• 1/8 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tsp. sesame oil
• 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven at 400F for 3-5 minutes.

2. Mix vegetable oil, sesame oil, ginger and scallions in a small bowl.

3. Spread the ginger sauce evenly on a pizza crust.

4. Top the pizza with sliced tomatoes and cucumber.

5. Generously top some Sexy Chix Hainanese Style chicken chunks on top.

6. Drizzle hoisin sauce over the pizza for added flavor and taste.

7. Carefully place pizza in a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges turn light brown. 

8. Cut and serve with remaining ginger sauce, hoisin and hot sauce on the side.
