Around the World with Dad's World Buffets in SM Megamall

Even before Yakimix, Sambokojin, Vikings and Buffet 101, there was Dad's Ultimate Crossover Buffet. When our family would celebrate special occasions and decides to have a buffet dinner, there's no other place but Dads/Saisaki/Kamayan.

If you think that Dad's three-global cuisine buffet is already the best they could offer to the Filipinos, wait until you try their newest concept that brings together multiple cuisines from Asia, Europe, North and South America- Dad's World Buffet.

It's been a while since my last visit at their Megamall branch and I was more than excited to finally go back for an ultimate culinary feast around the world.

The buffet selections were crazy! There's no way you can try everything on the spread. But here are some highlights of the buffet.

Carving Station
Satisfy your carnivorous cravings at the Carving Station.

U.S. Roast Turkey
Choice of Brown giblet or White giblet with Cranberry Jelly and Mashed Potatoes

Dads Ham
All-time favorite with their signature Dad's Ham Sauce

New Zealand Roast Leg of Lamb
Choice of Mint Jelly or Au’ Jus with Brocolli, Cauliflower, Marbled Potatoes and Baguio Beans

U.S. Roast Beef
Choice of Mushroom gravy or Pepper sauce with Baked Potato and Buttered Vegetables

China
Chinese food staples such as Sweet & Sour Pork, Steamed Fish Fillet, Beef Broccoli, Sir Fry Vegetables and Yang Chow Fried Rice, but my favorite part is the Dimsum Station.

Thailand
Chicken Pandan, Green Curry, Catfish Salad, Fish Cake.. my Thai favorites! I wish there was Pad Thai during our visit.

Singapore/Indonesia/India/Malaysia

Korea

Mexico
Make your own Fajitas or go for the classic nachos and quesadilla.

Spain

What's Spain without the tapas and paella..

Italy
and Italy without pasta. Here, you can have it your way freshly prepared by the chefs.

Japan
Indulge in Saisaki favorites like sushi, sashimi, katsu, furai, teppanyaki, yakimono, tempura and many more!

There's also a Sukiyaki and Udon/Ramen station for a quick noodle fix.

Brazil

Enjoy Churrasco in Brazil with a special Chimichuri sauce.

USA

Buffalo Wings, Barbecue Ribs, Oyster Rockefeller, Salisbury Steak, Fish & Chips, and Cajun Fried Chicken represent the US of A.

Philippines
Last but not the least, our very own Pinoy dishes! Choose from Filipino classsics such as Kare-Kare, Dinuguan, Adobo, Laing, Bopis, Kaldereta etc..

And indulge in our famous lechon, crispy pata, lechon kawali, and lechon de leche.

Also enjoy Kamayan favorites like Crispy Kangkong, Crispy Fried Alimasag, Tokwa't Baboy, Fried Lumpia and a lot of inihaw items. And there's the famous Balut as well!

Aside from these dishes mentioned above, there's also Souvlaki from Greece, Salsa Verde from Italy, Indonesian Sate Skewers, and Moroccan Lamb Stew.

I was totally overwhelmed with the buffet offerings! There were also a lot of desserts like kakanin (rice cakes), cakes, ice cream, crepe, and chocolate fondue.

Dad's World Buffets Rates:

Can't believe how affordable the buffet rates are! Don't you think this is a great place to celebrate Christmas with the family? Another good news to birthday celebrants! Did you know that birthday celebrants get to dine for free (with one paying adult) within 3 days before and after your birthday? It's definitely a promo worth availing!

A fascinating discussion is definitely worth comment. I think that
you should publish more about this topic, it may
not be a taboo matter but usually people don't discuss such issues.
    To the next! Kind regards!!
