SM Hypermarket Street Food Festival 2016- Shop, Dine and Win Amazing Prizes!

SM Hypermarket recently launched its annual Street Food Festival last August 31 at SM City Fairview. The event kick starts a series of road shows that will gather our favorite street food vendors, new and upcoming food business concepts, and SM Hypermarket's famous Market Eats.

SM Hypermarket Street Food Festival 2016 is a whole day gastronomic affair featuring the rich culture of everyday Filipino food and budget friendly eats- Street Food.

Street food for Pinoys is a way of life. From early morning breakfast of pandesal, goto, or taho, to afternoon delights of fishballs, kikiam and kwek-kwek, locals truly find comfort in these delicious and very affordable snacks. Today, street food is not just all about barbecue and light merienda. We can now enjoy home-cooked meals like tapsilog, sinigang, and lechon, even outside the comforts of our home.

One of the main attractions at SM Hypermarket Street Food Festival is the Market Eats, featuring Filipino street food favorites like fried lumpia, buttered corn with cheese, and the best-selling Turon with Langka for just P15.

Aside from getting to enjoy these scrumptious dishes, attendees will also learn a thing or two from cooking demos by renowned chefs like kusina master Chef Boy Logro. He will be in all road show schedules to showcase his cooking skill and share some tips to home foodies.
