A Carnival Comes To Town- Pezzo Pizza, a pizza chain from Singapore, finally makes a stop in the Philippines. It recently opened its first take-away kiosk in the Adriatico Wing of Robinsons Place Manila, and will be opening 4 more branches by the end of 2016. Pezzo Pizza is a halal certified pizza store targeting the grab n' go market while selling their pizza by the slice.
Pezzo Pizza offers a 7" pizza by the slice wherein customers are free to mix and match up to 6 flavors in a 14" pan. This fun and unique concept is perfect for people who want to try more flavors in just one pizza box. It is available in 2 flavor series- Carnival and Gala.
Carnival Series (P89/slice)- includes all-time favorite pizza flavors that are simple and classic.
Cheesy Cheese- Cheese lovers will certainly get their fill of cheese with Pezzo's 5-cheese pizza of mozzarella, cheddar, edam, parmesan and feta cheese. Simple, cheesy, and good!
Hola Hawaiian- Pezzo levels up your classic Hawaiian favorite with the addition of chicken and bacon on top of the regular ham, pineapple, and mozzarella cheese toppings.
Very Veggie- Who says veggie pizza is boring? In fact, this is one of my favorites among the carnival series. It was very light with a fruity and refreshing taste from the sweet tomatoes and pineapple.
Big Daddy- Meat lovers will go gaga over this meat-loaded pizza of minced beef, chicken ham, and Italian sausage complemented by a sweet and hickory barbecue sauce.
Gala Series (P110/slice)- includes premium flavors and interesting toppings for the more adventurous ones.
Chicken Delight- For a healthy and hearty choice, the chicken delights is a cheesy yet filling combination of chicken, chicken bacon, onions, mushrooms and slices of oregano.
Supremo- Pezzo's bestselling flavor, the Supremo reigns supreme with its fully-loaded toppings of chicken ham, beef salami, beef pepperoni, chicken bacon, onions, mushrooms, black olives and green bell perppers.
Meat Munchers- The all-meat pizza is never out of season for meat lovers and protein buffs. It is loaded with meaty toppings of beef, beef salami, beef pepperoni, chicken ham, beef bacon and Italian sausages.

Mexicana- Hola! Want some spice less the heat? The Mexicana is all about spices and meat. Minced beef, red onions tomatoes, jalapenos, herbs and cheese, these toppings will surely make you go loco over this!
Fisherman's Favourite- Last but not the least, a seafood pizza you should not miss. Make sure you get a fresh batch though 'cause the tuna flakes could get dry and hard after some time. I bought some slices to take home and was a bit disappointed to see that not all slices had shrimps on it.

My take on Pezzo Pizza? Honestly, I'm not much into pan pizzas which are known for their thick crusts. I have always been a thin-crust pizza person, but surprisingly, I enjoyed Pezzo. Not for its crust, but for the fact that they generously top their pizzas with quality ingredients and unique flavors. The dough is pillowy soft and less oily compared to other pan pizzas out there. Since each slice is generously covered with toppings, it gives a carnival of flavors in every bite. Pezzo enhances your pizza experience by offering pizza by the slice which I think is their unique selling point. Now, you don't have to fight over which pizza flavor to get, because there is always something for everyone in a box of Pezzo Pizza.
