What takes time? Everything good takes time. That's what foodies and lifestyle bloggers discovered during an exclusive dinner hosted by Swift at Pio's Kitchen in Quezon City. Just like a can of Swift's Premium Corned Beef packed with juicy and tasty slow-cooked flavors.
Guests were served with a specially-created dish of Pulled Corned Beef with Jicama Salsa and Wheat Pita Chips. While I enjoy the simple corned beef with onions recipe, this dish was a unique and interesting way of serving the classic corned beef to better appreciate the cured and slightly-salted goodness of Swift Premium Corned Beef. A sumptuous dinner followed showcasing Pio's Kitchen mouthwatering dishes and paella bestsellers by Chef Chin Gallegos-Bagis.
After dinner, everyone was introduced to Swift Premium Ambassador, hand-letterer and designer, and a firm believer in The Art of Taking Time- Abbey Sy. She shared essential tips and techniques on how to start and enjoy hand-lettering and brought out the creativeness in each one of us.
Each one received their own personal hand-writing kit which includes basic tools and materials for the hand-writing workshop. We also took home some Swift Premium Corned Beef in easy-open cans so we can enjoy the slow-cooked corned beef anytime we want.
