Help battle malnutrition and join Knorr's Lutong Nanay Food Fair happening on October 24, 2015 (Saturday) 4:30pm at the Mercato Centrale in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
According to Food and Nutrition Research Institute of the DOST, at least 5 million children in the Philippines are malnourished.
Wanting to take urgent action, Knorr launched its "Lutong Nanay" Nutrition Program in various baranggays and communities to battle the widespread malnutrition among children in the country.
Knorr recently visited two barangays in Smokey Mountain, Barangay 101 and Barangay 128, with its ambassadors Dimples Romana, Danica Sotto-Pingris and Sari Jorge who joined forces to help educate moms and children about the importance of a healthy diet for the family.
Meanwhile, ambassadors Carmina Villaroel and Chesca Kramer joined Knorr at the Cardinal Sin Village where mothers and children learned the importance of a vigorous diet for the family.
“Feeding our families nutritious food doesn’t have to be expensive. What’s important is that we give them a well-balanced meal every day,” says Carmina Villaroel.
With the help of Knorr’s Lutong Nanay nutrition program, more and more moms are inspired, motivated and informed about how important it is to serve healthy meals for the family.
Join Knorr's "Lutong Nanay" Food Fair and help fight malnutrition One Mom-Cooked Meal At A Time.
Proceeds will go to the Knorr Lutong Nanay Nutrition Program, World Food Program and Kabisig.
